Login password security

Hi, for all member, i m new in this group, i have a problem, i m using
a windows xp sp2, i m using a admin accout in my system, and i have
also an other accout which have admin equal rights, problem is this,
is it possible that admin equal rights account can not change my
password being admin rights now, acctuly admin equal account right
click on the computer, goes to the manege, user and right click on the
admin account and set the new password, all my personal data will lose
which is incripted, i can't change the permission of the admin equal
account, plz give a solution of this problem plz, admin equal account
can not change my password, until i m administrator, plz tell me what
i do,

Yeah - If the second user which is already the member of Administrator group then yes He can do all as an Administrator, But here your prob sounds like you are not able to reset the password of admin, So I m dam sure there is prob with Administrator group might not added in that account using which u are reseting the password.
 
Is that make sense ? ----
