The book covers a wide variety of topics including: mental health issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, bullying, the loss of a parent, representation, activism, addiction, spirituality, the healing power of the arts, the importance of having mentors and so much more. Bryan will share his personal reasons for writing this book.
