AlliGator 1.0 release

[AlliGator Software Support]

This is the first release including the LabVIEW source code of AlliGator (and some basic documentation)!

Of course an installer is also provided.

  • Fixed bug in Dataset Series Sequential ROI NLSF/Phasor Analysis which did not increment ROI index

  • Fixed bug in the “Frequency Plot” option of histograms

  • Fixed bug in Auto-adjust Contrast that did not use the Upper and Lower Percentile correctly

  • Added “ROI Decay” (Source Image) and “Phasor ROI Decay” (Phasor Plot) buttons

  • Added calculation of cumulated decay (and phasor) of pixels whose phasors are within the selected Phasor Plot

  • Added message in Phasor Plot to clarify that the “Use UC/Segment Intersections as References” requires a line to be drawn on the Phasor Plot (the segment connecting the current references doesn’t count)

  • Added optional “Dead Left Columns Correction” checkbox in Settings>>Source Image>>Image Processing (only shown if the “Show Dead Left Columns Correction” setting in the AlliGator Settings.ini file is set manually to “True”)

  • Implemented Dead Left Columns Correction (only accessible if the “Show Dead Left Columns Correction” entry in the AlliGator Settings.ini file is set to “True”)

  • Added List of Image Pre-Processing Steps in Settings>>Source Image>>Image Processing to enable ordering the different operations (by right-clicking the listbox)

Reminder:

There is not need for Administrator rights to install AlliGator, as it is installed on a per user basis in the local user application folder.
