Government of France


Dear all,

It is my pleasure to introduce our civil society focal point for COP 21/CMP
11 in the Government of France, Ms. Fréderique Tarride, copied here. She
has been in the UNFCCC process since COP 6 also covering other
environmental intergovernmental processes.

I could introduce some of you in Paris during my mission earlier this
month.  She will be at the constituency focal point meeting during the ADP
session in October, where you can all meet.  Please feel free to contact
her directly for issues concerning civil society engagement in the lead up
to COP 21/CMP 11 and beyond.
