The call for abstracts and sessions is now open.
Submission of sessions and science abstracts
Two kinds of sessions will be organised: practice, science-practice and focused science sessions to be proposed and organised by yourself; and science sessions, to be composed on the basis of approved science abstracts.

You are invited to submit a proposal for a complete session. In the proposal the topic of the session, the aim, the organisers, all presenters, form and working methods should be well explained. You can submit a proposal under one of the themes or cross-cutting issues described under conference themes/issues for:
- A science-practice session: sharing experiences with interactions between scientists and practitioners, co-creation, boundary work, joint evaluations, etc. Sessions have to be interesting for practitioners and scientists
- A practice session: sharing best practices and lessons learned, working methods, tools, evaluation findings, etc. that are of particular interest to other practitioners, but are also appealing to scientists
- A focused science session: about a specific topic of interest to scientists and practitioners. Scientists presenting in such sessions, also have to submit their abstract through the science abstract system and indicate to which focused science session they belong
Submission of science abstracts
You can submit a science abstract under one of the themes or cross-cutting issues described under conference themes/issues. The abstracts will be assessed by the conveners, who will propose sessions composed of approved abstracts. All abstracts have to contain the following elements: research question, methodology, findings and significance of the research for practical solutions. You can also submit a focused science session (see submission of sessions, last bullet).
