Right now the Alliance
is at an important juncture. We are facing budget limitations and a robust set
of work that is outgrowing our capacity. These challenges are real but also an opportunity—a chance
to come together and think about how to simplify and be most strategic. We need the full steering committee and engaged leaders to get on this
important call where we will review the status of our current budget and our
planned project work—so that we can all make informed decisions about how we
will move forward together.

All Budgets -- This is a document that shows three iterations of our budget. The first column is the robust budget that we all put together at the start of the fiscal year. This was our dream budget. The second column is our estimates of what our budget would look like if we continued to spend as planned for the full year. The third budget is based on our current bank account (approximately $83,000) and shows expenses that we have discussed for the upcoming months.
Budget Report -- This is a more detailed look at our current operating funds and the cost of various items, from office space to staff time and grant fees to meeting costs. The monthly column shows the monthly costs of repeat items. The owed column is money that we have spent, but the money has not been removed from our account yet. The June-Dec column shows estimates for which each item would cost till the end of the year.
