Dear parent,

Apologies for the late reply. With reference to your mail, the administration department has warned the present chachi to be more caring and helpful.

Akhil has been called by the supervisor and reminded to behave well at all times. The class teacher and the other teachers of his class have been told to take extra care to see that Akhil does not misbehave with other children.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of the mail.

Dear Amita madam,

Good Evening.

We have been recently noticing the bus assistant is not getting down the bus on the stop while dropping the child.

Sometimes the child is dropped just before the stop.

Also, we visited the school last week and we were informed by the Bus supervisor to send it in writing and signature of parents who face the same issue.

The same problem is being faced by other children  parents coming in the Bus (no 404).  I will recommend the old Assistant Vishnu who use to take care of children very well.

Secondly, we are hearing a lot of stories again about Akhil doing things in class i.e.... raising hands ....spoiling other children books etc.

May i request to please look into the concerns and i will be discussing the same during PT meeting coming Wednesday.

Regards

Raakesh

Subject: Feedback / Concern - ( spring camp & regular class) Manav 2 Q

Dear Gita madam (principal) / Ms Jamila madam (Supervisor),

Good Evening,

We would like to share our feedback and concerns during our to recent interactions with the school:-

1)  Recently there was a spring camp in month of March for class 1 - Q. We had enrolled our child Manav Bhatia 1 - Q with lot of expectations to learn something in 15 days, but unfortunately the result and experience was not good

I have highlighted a few points about the camp:-

a) During the spring camp classes there was no proper communication from the teacher (Ms.Eden) informing the about the activity held on each day and next day. We also got to know from other students attending in the spring camp and their parents " if the students does not bring art and craft items they has been to asked to sit back" not doing anything in the class.

b) We were informed the students in the class will be performing a dance on the final day event and dress to be arranged according. We had bought dress as required for the event and during the final day of event the dance was not performed by the students. Upon inquiry from teacher it was not performed it was not coming out well and cancelled, the same was informed to students verbally.

Do you think the student of Grade 1 will communicate the same information to parents ??

We had informed verbally about both the issues to Ms.Ruby after the event, which she did not accept the reality in the presence of Ms. Kamal Dogra. Also, we had given our child details & contact number to investigate on the issue and let us know what incident has really happened. Till date from 27th March we have not received any call or notification from Ms. Ruby or communication unit. She was insisting to call and check with her but was not ready to give her contact details at the same time.

The feedback provided is the same from other parents about the camp.

2) Since the new session has started, we had requested the class teacher to give our child to have an opportunity to sit in front couple of rows, as he needs a little bit of attention as his grades have come down from A1 to C1 in some subjects. I understand all children cannot have a front seat and full concentration of one teacher to one child but a little support from the teacher can help our child to work hard and perform better.

During the recent discussion the teacher she has mentioned "if the parents have concern they can come and discuss with the supervisor and if they don't have concerns the children will be sitting back as usual in the class of 38 students".

I understand the school has been rated A grade for performance and teachers are really helping students to grown, but viewing these concerns has really made me think is the school meeting the grade A performance level in KHDA survey.

We request to assign a date/time to discuss on the concerns.

Regards,
