Please go through the checklist for investiture ceremony and inform all the concerned teachers:
Respective duty teachers to collect the trays, badges, sashes, blazers, ties, house flags, school flag, candle, lighter
full pants for boys with half sleeve shirt
St. Council girls to wear cycling shorts and tie/plait their hair with maroon ribbons
All student council & participants (duty and choir children) boys & girls will be coming early at 7.15am and assemble in the centre stage
P.E. Trs and trs in charge of duty children also to assemble in centre stage, take attendance of their children, make the students have food and leave for senior school at 8 am ( Rafiq to arrange 1bus for all these students & teachers)
Refreshments will be given to the students on duty & St. Council in the green room at 9am by trs in charge
Refreshment for duty teachers and parents to be at the foyer area at 9am
Ms. Jyoti /Ms. Shreshtha and coordinate with the concerned people and check the arrangements- Venue and backdrop, lamp, oil, wick, candle, lighter, Dias-carpet and side frills, school flag, house flags and flag holders, steps- white color, PPT, Video, Down- centre table on a carpet and water bottles on the table
Susy & Malathy to send 1 child with the Oath (laminated paper) and mike in a tray when Tapan Sir comes on stage for oath
Rangoli trs to go straight to Sr. Sch. for Rangoli
Kartikay Sir to send podium, mobile board, easel board and banner to Sr Sch. and remind Mamoora for video and photo
Seating Arrangement of all students and parents and staff - P.E.TRS TO COORDINATE WITH MS. KAMAL
All Grade 4 students (non participants) leave junior school at 8.40 am after attendance
All Grade 3 students (non-participants) are off on that day
After program all to leave senior school and come back to junior school
