Dear HM's and AHM'S,

Meet up jyoti and finalize all points with regards to house meetings and allotting duties to council members.

Submit the report of same to me/heidi by 12:00pm on sunday.

Ensure the duties are in fortnightly rotation so that everyone gets the chance. Mrs Deepa, please look into this domain of duty allocation to student council members.
