Dear all,

Have briefed and given some instructions to mrs Rekha / Mrs Ritu along with heidi, I expect all of you to cooperate with them with regards to investiture ceremony.

Adhere to the timings given to you all for boarding the buses and there should be no shirking by anyone of us from our duties.

Mrs Antara please coordinate with Mrs malathy for the participants collection and departure time. Do bring along the final duty list along with you.

Heidi dear, confirm to me immediately after everything is done perfectly and in order. Keep me posted on all the details as I shall be reaching directly to senior school. Want absolutely smooth and on time departure from all the staff members.
