Hi all
Next week we are due to start back at cubs with beavers the week after. Kate has sent out the programme is putting together the parent rota, we’ve had a number of offers for help with beavers thank you but still need some help with cubs. Most importantly we need a volunteer to take responsibility for collecting subs and keeping the membership list including contact details for parents. It’s not a big task but with fewer leaders this term it isn’t possible for us to run a session if we’re trying to do the admin task at the same time.
If you’re able to take on this role please email me Pauline...@btconnect.com or kate at Kathryn...@gmail.com. This role doesn’t have to taken on by a parent.
We do need to know by Monday eve who is going to be taking this on as we can’t start back on Tuesday without.

Phoebe has decided she would like to join the Brownies, which is the plan at the moment, therefore she won't be attending cubs this coming year, that could change of course, so I might be coming back to you, if possible. Hi Angela
The membership and subs role isn’t a big one but it needs to be someone who can be at cubs most weeks either at the start or end to ensure that we have up to date membership forms completed and that subs are paid and passed to the treasurer. Trudie is away at the moment but I’ve copied her in so that we can catch up when she gets back.
It wouldn’t be a much bigger task to carry out this role for beavers and cubs if a parent had children in both sections.
Thanks for offering to help with beavers, I was aware that you’d made this offer we’re hoping that we will be able to involve additional helpers so that no one has to take on too much.

I do have a child in Cubs but Kim Kozlowski brings my son with her for Cubs. To commit to coming to both Cubs and Beavers may not be possible as our home life is very hectic.
