Meeting to sort summer term programme

As per previous email a few weeks ago, we are meeting in the Lion at 8:15 pm this Thursday to discuss the summer term programme for cubs.

Hi All,

Just need to let you know that I probably can't come tomorrow. It is looking like the only evening I can go to pick up a camper van we are borrowing for Easter, and my work deadline of Friday is looming large.

Also, unlikely to come on Thursday as it's my last evening at college and I have my oral assessment to do so can't miss it.

And lastly, and this is the biggie, I think I am going to stop with helping run the group, at least for the summer term. I have got together with Becca, who some of you know. Our evenings are totally full, and something has to shift in order to make some space for joint family stuff. Not sure what Cala and Nancy want to do, but I will let you know over Easter.

I've felt for a while that I have been too busy to put in what I know it needs to improve the things we are lacking, but I would rather do a few things well rather than lots of things only half hearted, and feel bad that i'm not pulling my weight.

I'm so sorry, Thursdays meeting is going to have to be cancelled and held Friday instead at the same time, just realised I've double booked myself.

Can you do Thursday kim! There may be a chance Thursday might still be viable but won't know until tomorrow!

If not, phils not available, no Pauline and no jona so may be just an idea for everyone to email me ideas and then I can put together some kind of programme! What does everyone think?

I'm quite happy to put together something but need input please.
