Meeting to sort summer programme

Hi all,

Can we get together to organise the summer programme for cubs and beavers (and mike if scouts want to join again more than welcome).

I was thinking of Thursday 3rd or Friday 4th April, don't want to leave it any later as obviously there may be things to arrange etc.

I've already spoken to Linda beck at deneholme and pencilled in an archery/tree climbing session for cubs for the first Tuesday back 22nd April. This would be a two hour session at a cost of approx £8 per child. Do you all think that's ok?

Anyhow, start jotting ideas for sessions down now and then we can all fly through the meeting.

Let me know preferences on dates and we will go with the majority.
