Hello all,

Tomorrow evening at cubs we will be doing a session on tracking. This is part of the outdoor challenge badge. Please can cubs wear sensible shoes and midge repellent as we will be outside for most of the session.

There are a few fees still outstanding. I must stress that these must be paid tomorrow evening otherwise your child will not have a secure place at cubs. These fees must be paid in future at the beginning of the term.

If you are unsure as to whether you have paid or not please contact me.

Hello everyone,
 
Tomorrow evening at Cubs we are at Frolar Woods doing our backwoods cooking badge from 6 - 7pm.
 
Please wear sensible footwear and clothing and bring insect repellent too.

Hi all

We need to hold a meeting for all leaders, parents and friends to decide how each section Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will run in September with a reduced number of leaders. They need help from parents and friends. They need number of people to help with some small jobs i.e.  register of children, collecting subs, help with programme planning, organising camps/trips, and help on the night.

If we cannot get this help we will lose leaders and some sections will not run.

 

If we can meet on Wednesday 16th 7.30pm in a room in the Golden Lion.

If you can email me to say you can make it so we can gage numbers.

This is just a reminder that Cubs is now finished until September.  As the children don't go back to school until Wednesday 3rd September Cubs will resume on Tuesday 9th September.

Hi all just to say there is quite few coats etc left behind at last night's meeting and previous meetings. If you are missing a coat it may be hung up in the room to the rear of the main hall on the left of the door.
