Hi I will get to the meeting tonight.
I have attached an occasional helper form (I will bring some hard copies tonight) Any one offering more than once a month need to complete a form, It is useful if everyone helping completes one. Also if you can let me have sight of 3 forms of ID one with an address on.
The form includes an enhanced DBS (used to be CRB) check there is no cost to you or the group which is good if you need it for somewhere else as they can be transferable.

Hi all
Thank you to those who completed the Doodle poll sorry this is late coming out it has sat in my outbox while broadband decided whether or not to send anything.
The best date now is Monday 28th July at 7.30 at the golden lion. Sorry Julie and Kim, I know you couldn’t make this time if you have thoughts or ideas please do pass them on.
We do still need volunteers to take on some roles with cubs, particularly memberships and collecting subs so if you know anyone who might pick up these jobs please do ask them to get in touch, they’re only small roles in themselves but prevent the leaders from running the activities so are essential if cubs are to continue in September.
We have also invited a couple of other people who have been involved with scouts in the past and have agreed to help with some sessions so it should be a really useful night.
