Cubs and Beavers Programme for SUMMER

Hi all,
 
Eventually, I have drafted the programme for the Summer Term.
 
I still need to finalize the woods with Claire Nevin but can not foresee there being a problem with this,
 
Pauline is it ok to bake biscuits at the Hostel??
 
MIKE - Have you numbers yet for Deneholme??  Ive given the cubs a deadline of tomorrow evening as I wish to let Linda know by Tuesday at the latest so she can organize how many instructors she needs etc.  Therefore whoever has not replied by then just wont be attending, end of.  Ive sent two emails now and if people can not be bothered then!!!  Leaders, I also need to know if your children are coming!!
 
Also MIKE I would like to organize a sleepover say Fri to Sun at Sinderhope for the cubs, to finish off their outdoor challenge badges, would you be up for this?  And when is best for you?
 
Also, Im looking into starting a college course in September, if this goes ahead then Im afraid I will not have time to do the admin for the cubs and the beavers after this term.  I will still help most weeks but will not have time to organize programmes, get badges, send emails etc.  Just forewarning you all so that someone can step in to take over.!!!
 
Please let me know if this programme is OK so I can forward to parents prior to next weekend.
