Today we are entering the final phase of the campaign. There are just a little over 33 days until Election Day, and ballots are being sent out to registered voters in D.C. right now. Now is the time to make your voice heard. I'm asking for you to vote for Franklin Garcia for Council At-Large starting today. Please take advantage of our mail-in ballots to safely bring the progressive change our communities really need. I made my case that I care about the issues that affect the most vulnerable people in our community, such as the dire housing crisis, soaring healthcare inaccessibility, and criminal justice system that needs to be reformed. You know me, who I am, and the work I do. You have elected me three times so far to Congress, where I have made the demand for representation in our national legislation. Last night, I made my pitch to D.C. voters, that for the nearly 50 years of our city council without representing all D.C. residents, it is time for the council to represent ALL OF D.C.
