I hope everyone is doing well.  A couple of weeks ago, I sent you a notice of some of the people that are supporting our campaign.  As we get to the finish line, I want to be sure and invite you to some of the events we have planned.

 

Please join us this Sunday, October 25 for a caravan.  We take off from 16^th St. NW, and Colorado Ave. NW (see graphic) and go across the city.  This is not only a caravan for me, but a last push effort to Get Out The Vote.  We start gathering at 2PM, and will have plenty of signs to decorate your vehicle.

 

On the first day of in-person early voting, next Tuesday, October 27^th, I will be at Turkey Thicket Recreation Center (1100 Michigan Avenue, NE @ 8AM), please join me for a socially distanced outreach effort.  Be sure to come and pick up your campaign t-shirt and mask. 

 

On election night, you can join us at our campaign headquarters at 2218 Newton Street, NE, outdoors, as we watch the elections results.

Remember we have gotten this far only with your support.  You have 2 votes in the DC Council At-Large race, make Franklin Garcia one, and I will bring the same level of commitment and passion to the city Council, that collectively has brought us the closest we have ever been to achieving DC Statehood.
