I am the project manager of an european project, named List_MAPS and coordinated by the University of Burgundy, in Dijon, France. This project is a research training network with 9 european partners localized in France, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands
and Ireland, and composed by universities, research organization and industries. The project focuses on the food bacterium Listeria monocytogenes and offers the opportunity for young researchers to have a high level's doctoral training.
One of the thesis we offer is to realize transcriptional network reconstruction in Listeria monocytogenes
