Price FOB: $1200 per MT.

Packaging: 10 Kg

First Order Quantity: 50 MT (2 40ft Container’s) as Mínimum Order

Port of Delivery: ANY SAFE PORT 

Port Of Loading: SANTOS, BRAZIL

Delivery: TO BE ADVICED

Payment terms: TT – Telegraphic Bank to Bank Transfer.

Payment: 50% TT advance payment against Proforma Invoice for slaughtering, packaging and loading and 50% TT against scanned copy of bill of lading, before goods arrives destination port for trial order and L/C for more than 1000 metric Ton.

PROCEDURE (Non-Negotiable):

1.    Seller issues Full Corporate Offer in name of the Buyer (this document)

2.    Buyer approves FCO

3.    Seller provides ICPO or LOI.

4.    Buyer and Seller mutually agree ICPO or LOI

5.    Seller issues Proforma Invoice.

6.    Seller prepares goods for shipment within 3 business days after confirmation of invoice. 6.    Seller’s starts shipping arrangements and provides the following shipping documents.

Shipping documents to bbe provided in order to clear goods at destination port:

. Certificat of Origine

. Certificate of Weight and Quality by SGS, Bureau Veritas or other international  Standard Certification Company.

. Bill of Lading.

. Commercial Invoice.

. Quality Certificat.

. Physosanitary Certificat.
