Apply for Licence

Any body know that how to apply for Licence ?

Pretty simple. Just decide which license (GPL, MIT, Apache, etc) you want to use and copy the license agreement and include it in the beginning of all the files. Also keep a LICENSE.txt which contains the complete license details. Check [http://www.gnu.org/licenses/] for more details about GPL and google about others.
