GUPI Not Working - Website not Working - Who do I speak to?

Hi

GUPI is clicking its neck loudly and has stopped moving etc. I am sure
it is broken.

I bought it in November from Play.com so I cannot send it back to them.
I cannot get on to www.gupiana.com to find out how to report it not
working.

Does anyone have an address or email or something to contact? I see
there is a Belgian company called 'cuttingedgetoys' advertised on the
GUPI box but their site also seems to be down :(

Err... why can't you sent it back to Play.com?

Also, the Gupiana site has never worked properly. Which is party why I
set up AllAboutGUPI 8-)

Play.com won't take anything back after 28 days. This leaves me stuck
unfortunately. Any ideas?

28 days? Wow. Err... no idea then. (makes mental note not to buy
gadgets from play.com!!)

You could try a home repair, there are disassembly instructions on the
site, but no notes for a head repair. Still, you might spot a wire
dropped off or similar?

I purchased a Gupi 3 recently and its DOA. plugged it in to charge and I didn't hear any gulp sound. It felt as if the pin on the charger doesn't go all the way in as it should if I forced it any more it would of broken. Left it to charge for 12 hours as instructed but to no avail. absolutely gutted!

Emailed supplier so will hopefully get another or refund.

Has any one else had any problems from the get go?
