Hi,

I forgot I was the appointed organiser for our DG activity for the
Kent Ridge-Mount Faber walk. Just like to find out when's the best
time for everyone. The walk takes around 2-3 hours depending on our
pace. Given that the weather these days are warm, we can either pick
early 7am (I hear protests) or afternoon 4pm. I guess tmr is a little
rushed, how about next Sat?

Oh wait, thought it was 7pm, instead of 7am. Haha, anyway I am going to the Navy Open House in the east in the morning, so 7am is definitely out. 4pm is just nice for me!

Hi Sook Yee, I would be able to attend either session that is organized.
How about a Sunday, afternoon, i think most of us would be able to make it then. I would suggest sunday evening then we can end at habourfront for dinner.

Regards
Jeremy

given the cranky weather now... it may rain in the evenings.

if u are walking fr kent ridge to harborfront,, may take a gd 2 hours plus.
I spent about 1 hour walking from Hort Park (off Alexandra Road) via Henderson Wave and Mt Faber, to Harborfront, with my colleagues that time.

Kent Ridge Park is along the windy South Buona Vista Rd. We can take
bus 92 from Buona Vista MRT. Considering we are trekking 1-way,
driving to the carpark there is probably not a good idea, unless you
don't mind taking a taxi back there. We'd probably finish around
930-10am, afterwhich those who want can have breakfast at harboufront
area.

Can everyone meet at Buona Vista MRT at 7am? Pls wear comfortable
clothes and shoes, bring water, a cap, repellant, change of top/
clothes if you like, umbrella/poncho/waterproof jacket and snacks if
you like to walk and eat :) I'm really looking forward to retracing
this route after a long time, cya!

Heya guys!

Good to see a glimmer of healthy leanings in the DG. Sadly, none of the Moos will be in any shape to go for a walk for a couple of months yet. Nonetheless, I can give Joyce or anybody for that matter a wake up call at 6AM if need be.

OK, miss you guys!

Errol

sook yee, if i can wake up in time, i'll drop you an sms =)

Sook Yee, sorry I got the dates wrong.

I will be attending Centre of Preaching in Church this Saturday... so I may just go for a run at MacRitchie in the morning instead of joining you all for the hike.

Centre of Preaching on OT books
21 May (Fri, 7:30-9:30pm) and 22 May (Sat, 9am-1pm).
