Rock Creek Race Weekend

Pre-registration only. Registration closes Thursday, September 4th at 5pm. Number pickup will be located near the bike shop in the upper lot.
The Ride Rock Creek bike park will be open normal hours on Friday. You must purchase a pass in order to ride outside of the designated practice/race hours. The XCO, XCC and slalom courses will not be open for pre-riding Friday. However, the DH race track (Easy A) will be open.
ALL RIDERS must sign a RRC liability waiver. There will be iPads set up near registration to easily get this done. Teams will need to have all registered riders sign the waiver before receiving race plates and shuttle wristbands.
Every team will receive one free shuttle wristband for coaches wishing to be at the top of the downhill run without a bike. Coaches wishing to ride the downhill track can purchase a wristband on the event registration page. Coach ride passes are only available on our registration site. If you wish to purchase these on site, they will only be available at the normal park pricing.
Team and trailer parking will be in the lower pasture parking area. There will be volunteers at the entrance to direct traffic. Trailers can be dropped Friday afternoon or evening to leave for the weekend. Ride Rock Creek, Brevard College and Warren-Wilson College are not responsible for equipment left overnight.
There are two required practice runs for the downhill races. A volunteer will be in the start gate throughout the open practice time placing stickers on number plates to verify these runs have been done. Full face helmets are required for all practice and race runs for downhill and dual slalom.
Results will be posted on site and on the Webscorer website following the completion of each race. Podium times are listed within the schedule.
All races will use NEW number plates for chip timing so we will NOT be using the conference numbers.
