Thanksgiving meal at All Saints' needs your help to make it happen.  Cooked turkeys are needed.  You can cook at home and bring cut up, cook here and cut.  A coordinator is needed to steer the event.  Please contact mona@allsaints-austin to volunteer. The rest of the feast is potluck.  Two sides for your family plus four.

- The project provides Thanksgiving care packages (turkey, pie, and all the trimmings)
to more than 1,000 deserving families (largely the Latino population).

- Donations are matched 2:1 by the Moody Foundation, so a $25 donation is
actually a $75 donation.

*EL BUEN HANDS FOR HOPE:*
*We are almost there—let’s get to the finish line to make hunger take a
holiday! *
El Buen Samaritano Episcopal Mission’s Hands for Hope Thanksgiving meal
distribution will take place next Saturday, November 17th. On the big day,
the Episcopal community hopes to distribute care packages to more than
1,000 low-income families. Your support of this project is still needed!
El Buen must raise at least $25,000 to receive a matching grant through the
Moody Foundation, which is matching all gifts to the Hands for Hope
campaign 2:1. That means that your gift will have triple the impact to help
feed families in need all year long through El Buen’s emergency food
pantry.
Look for the Hands for Hope poster in the hall of Gregg House, stop by the
church office or visit *elbuen.org/h4h* to donate.
