Nylon is very soft and comfortable fabric. These don't ride up. But you should follow some precautions while selecting or having nylon underwear. Like, first one is the size. That is a big problem. It comes smaller in size than regular size. And the second one is about washing them. You should give them hand-wash instead of wash in the machine. Apart from that, everything is good about it.
