Greetings from China, I am writing to could you help spread the following news around?
"The Wildlife Institute, Beijing Forestry University (WI-BFU) is recruiting Master and PhD students to be enrolled in September 2020 with full scholarship"
WI-BFU is currently offering funded places for international students willing to study in China, under the Chinese Government Scholarship Scheme. Scholarships are available for suitable candidates who wish to study for an MSc/PhD degree in the Wildlife Institute (WI) under School of Ecology and Nature Conservation, BFU from September 2020.
MSc/PhD study possibilities in WI will ideally focus on the following aspects: Ecology and conservation of mammals, especially wild felids and their prey; Conflicts between wildlife and human beings; Conservation biology, landscape genetics and molecular ecology of endangered species; Ecosystem services and management within and beyond protected areas, while students with molecular background particularly knowledge on genomics, experience on data analysis, or academic publications will be preferred and prioritized.
A full scholarship will provide: University fees (tuition, laboratory and learning materials); On-campus accommodation (double room); Stipendiary living allowance (MSc: 3,000 RMB and PhD: 3,500 RMB per month); Comprehensive medical health insurance.
