Houbara Bustard

Seeking expert opinion about the issuance of licenses for Houbara hunting. 

I know it is issued by the Foreign Office, but from an environmental point of view, especially in view of the statements of the last couple of years after its census-- is it advisable... or should not be allowed at all..... 

Would request answers without factoring in the 'relationship with friendly countries' and economic benefit.
