Why Mr. Avinash should continue as Coordinator anymore?

Dear Team,

We all know how much we all have sweated for the club Enactus to be taken to the present heights. Be it collecting Waste news papers, Designing posters, Going to meet paper suppliers,or meeting with NGO etc. We all did it with full dedication and with only goal to succeed in our endeavours. And we did it with a bang!! We are successful in developing a sustainable business model, We have a tie up with best NGO in Ghaziabad. it's a matter of time that we scale it to bigger heights.

However; It was very disapointing to see Mr. Coordinator revealing, from no where, that he is sorry for the disapointing performance of Enactus Club.

If Mr. Coordinator thinks that club's performance over a year was disapointing then on moral grounds he has no right to continue as a coordinator any more.

Moreover; Mr. Rishi Kumar, an IMTian, has been following Mr. Avinash for 3 weeks but he was treated with very wrong attitude and mismanaged way. Whereas new member such as Anirban Dutta has been included in our team without any formal notification to team. This puts club's transperency ethics in question.

With all these incidents on backdrop Avinash is questinable to further continue as team coordinator when there are other deserving candidates.

Hi Pravin,

We as past members of the team DO NOT want to be part of all the bickering of the present ENACTUS team. 

I would like you and the present team to either create a new delivery list for the present team or exclude us from the present list if all you people do is bitching about each other.

It's such a shame that you guys are still not mature enough to sort it out among yourselves.

Please grow up guys !!! 

Pravin, i don't know about what is the issue with you guys but you are supposed to sort them out in person instead of mailing about your grievances every now and then.

We would love to hear about your achievements but we as the super senior team ARE NOT INTERESTED in what is going wrong in your team.

We consider you guys to be future managers and hence would like you to handle the matters accordingly.
