Non Performing Junior Team

Hi Guys,

Its High Time! Our Junior Team has been non performing from weeks now.Even after repeated requests, the team is not sharing the proposed tasks lists and the responsibility breakdown structure.

So as a final try I am assigning tasks to all of them till Sunday i.e. 8th Dec 2013

All the members of the Junior team who fail to meet the assigned tasks after this date kindly consider themselves terminated from the team automatically.

I really don't care if the whole team gets dissolved.

As I mentioned earlier, this is your last chance.

Tasks:

Poster Printing & Display - Posters need to be printed and then displayed at various places for the promotion of waste paper collection drive

- Pravin & Gitanshu

"Waste Paper collection Drive" online promotion - An online promotion campaign for the same needs to be designed and implemented in form of teasers, videos, posters and snippets.

- Pravin & Rachita

 Waste paper collection operational plan - how and when the waste paper will be collected, who will cover what, assigning of areas..where the collection bins will be put, where you will store the collected waste paper, for how long the drive will take place...all these and much more questions like this needs to be addressed

- Avinash, Biney & Rohit

Co-ordinating with the company - The collected waste paper will be required to be shipped to the company immediately, so a proper coordination with them is required.

- Rachita & Gitanshu

Implementation of waste paper collection Drive - Whole Team! the drive should be started it may not be completed but yes it should successfully kickoff.

Also, you guys need to meet the target group - one is the NGO which Robin& Rahul Contacted earlier, you can also contact "Bhagirath sewa Santhan" - they might be able to help us out. Their contact no. is 09810006150

All the seniors will be busy with their final placements, so kindly do not contact them. If you have any issue, drop a mail, you will get the reply by eod.

waste paper collection drive online promotion - I Dont See any.

Kindly share out of the above tasks who was given what and what is the update. I am only interested in the tasks mentioned above and not da stupid poster printing which u guys are doing from past one week.
