Hi Binay,

Its really unfortunate and an eye opener to see such a childish behavior from you and some of your team mates. Suck it up and move on! I give a damn if you are happy or not!! aisa kuch khas kam nahi kiya tumne ya tumhari team ne ki main itni fikar karun.
I really pity that you guys cannot even solve issues among urself..height of ego!! Sometimes its Pravin, sometimes Rachita, sometimes you. I really think I should request Sandeep Puri sir to get this whole drama scrapped and when KPMG raises an issue with the college only then I guess you guys will get some sense. You guys dont even have basis courtesy sense when to call someone.

First of all, the decision is final and will not be changed. It has been taken by all the members of senior team unanimously.
Suddenly Avinash is not sensitive or sensible enuf?? where are your other team members?? Your team members think even you are not sensitive enuf at tyms. You also have a problem with Rachita...its all "your" issues and not "ours"..handle it yourself.

And what Pravin & Gitanshu have done to be made Enactus' representative?? Nothing Much.

And the bottom line....dosre club itne pasand aa rahe hain, then pls go! if someone else also want to go...pls leave..you all are unprofessional who cannot solve issues among themselves. Its better not to have this club @ IMT then people like you.

Bye.

Hi Vinamra
Due to some unfortunate incidents happened in the past few days(after our appraisal), I want to inform you that I am not happy with you naming Avinash Jha as the team coordinator. I dont think I would be able to work with Avinash since he is not  professional enough neither responsible and sensitive to other team members.
I want this decision to be reviewed. I propose a flat team structure where equal responsibility is given to everyone and no one leads other(this is followed in other clubs as well eg- E-Cell and Alcom). Even if a coordinator has to be named I propose Pravin Patil's or Gitanshu Arora's name.
If this doesn't happen, I am sorry to inform you it would be very difficult for me to work in the team.

Respected Vinamra

I want to make things clear hence I am writing back to you. I had no intention of hurting anyone but for the unity of team Enactus I was asking for flat hierarchy system.  First thing first let me clarify the following points –

1.       4 out of 6 members of team want flat hierarchy. I am not the only one asking, it’s the majority. You can confirm this fact yourself.

2.       Enactus is a small 6 member team, and one particular leader is not required. Making one person lead will only divide the team and do no good.

3.       I have no intention of leaving the club; I have worked sincerely, whatever work I have done, and will work sincerely in future as well.

4.       I have no problem whatsoever with Rachita Mishra, she is a very good friend and a very good person to work with.

5.       Why I proposed Pravin Patil’s or Gitanshu Arora’s name is because both of have 2 months training. Rest all of us would be away for 6 months. Hence it is logical to make someone lead who is at least present in the college.

For the benefit of the team I asked you(the senior team) to review your decision. Anyway we respect you. Your decision will be binding on us. We believe your decision will be in the best interest of Club Enactus.

Since you guys are leaving you should leave in a good mood. I bury my differences with any person in the team, and I promise to work for the cause of Enactus.

Regards
