Performance of Junior Enactus Team

Hello everyone

This is to share the performance of the Junior Enactus team upto now.

 

Online Campaign - Rohit is currently working on the online campaign and by today midnight the work would be done and the online campaign will kick off.

Marketing and Advertisement Campaign - Pravin has done commendable job by making classy posters. Avinash and I (Biney) have got them printed. Most of them have been pasted in the key areas.Gitanshu has put them in CDL.Rest of them will be pasted on the walls of IMT by today midnight. And as per our feedback, they are quite a hit and liked by everyone.

Newspaper Collection Drive -  As per our plan , our newspaper collection drive will begin from the next week. Rachita has talked to people who will collect the newspaper. Once we our done with the collection, we will call them. Most probably this will be done by next sunday/monday (tentatively).

Talking to NGO - The team has tried to talk to 2-3 NGOs. One of them has agreed to work with us. We will inform you about this a little later when everything is properly decided and fixed.

New Member - We welcome Napoleon Sundaray as our new member in IMT Enactus family.

 

The Junior team is working very hard. We request the senior team to have trust and patience in us. We will deliver the best.

I had a look at the poster and it is actually great.

As a member of the senior team i want to let the junior team know that we do have trust in you but it's just that time is running out on you guys may be that is the reason that Vinamra had to push for it.

Everything looks great! Good Job!

Just few questions :

Whom Rachita have talked about collecting newspapers?? I mean who will be collecting for us and how are u planning to manage them, pay them or communicate with them on regular basis?

Where are you planing to store more than 500Kg of newspapers and waste papers?

Also..regarding the NGO,pls share the details of the NGO u are in touch with..did any of u contacted the NGO I gave contact number of?

And pls make online promotion a bit more colourful...u can use enactus logo or ur oster for the purpose...but make it more catchy in terms of visualization and do rounds of posting them in your individual section groups.

Hi Guys,

Apologies for being out of touch.

First of all a commendable job done by junior team in promoting enactus through posters!! keep it up!!

For the upcoming week...Gitanshu will be the Enactus Lead.

kindly send me a report on what was given what and by what percentage the tasks were completed.Especially online promotion and mailers because i see none.

I think tomorrow you guys planning to start the drive..All the best for that!!

I talked to Mr. Naresh ,who is the owner of the company "Sethi Waste Paper Store Co".They are not into the business of paper recycling and hence will be able to pay us only in terms of money.They supply these waste papers to the Paper mill for their further business related activities.

P.S- Sorry for replying late as I am not there in the campus.I have come to Mumbai due to some urgency on medical grounds.
