Skim coat plaster wall repair and painting-July only

Hi folks. I grew up in NYC but moved to Nashville 3 yeas ago. I make trips back to the city about every 6 months. I am looking for projects for July in NYC. 

I can do drywall, taping, patching, repairs, water damage repair, skim coat, complete wall resurfacing or just ceilings, etc. I can also do popcorn or other texture removal.
