ALIOS: how to build an open-source AI-enriched OS

ALIOS is or will be an attempt to create a new, open-source operating system based on 'guided AI'. Essentially, an individual AI will manage each user system by finding information and data for the user. ALIOS will talk with other ALIOS systems, in a peer 2 peer format.
