True MAF Change, re-download required

Hi all,

I just noticed that the incorrect versions of the "truth" mafs for
simPrimates and simMammals were uploaded by accident. These files
aren't inaccurate, but their chromosome names are inconsistent with
the names used in the fasta sequence files. This has been corrected
and the new files are available on the website. You can either
download the files individually and place them in the "truths"
directory or just re-download the download*.sh scripts and re-run
them. Sorry about that!
