Dear Collaborators,

First of all let me say it was great to see so many of you at the Genome 10K meeting in Florida last week! As I promised, we are releasing data this week. Head over to
where you'll find a version of the talk given at the conference, you'll find all of the original submissions that we received from all the participants and you'll find the transformed versions that we created in performing the regional analyses.

We're currently re-running the regional analysis for the Automz and TBA submissions on flies so those numbers are missing from the relevant table in the talk. Code to perform analyses involving the simulation has already been released on github, our code to perform the regional analyses will be forthcoming.

As we finish up the last few analyses we're going to be moving onto the manuscript phase of the project. Once we have a passable first draft together I'll be reaching out to the team contacts off-list to provide access to the google doc.

Best regards,

d

Hi Dent

Thanks for posting the alignments, I am looking forward to run some
additional comparisons.

By the way, you also requested additional information about each run,
including the CPU time, details about the pipeline, etc. Could you post
this as well?

Thanks

Javier

I agree it would be good to get these numbers brought together and out there.
