Hello Im new, a little scared, and want to talk really really bad.

Hey, my name is J.Jay and I strongly believe im in contact and have
been in contact with a different race of being. My only problem is i
havent figured out what they want from me. Some experiences are nice,
and some are so scary I cant find the courage to even fall asleep at
night. I wake up at the same time everynight and I think im leaving
my body on other nights. I get messages and stories and i dont know
what to make of them. I keep a journal of them near my bed so when i
reenter I dont forget. I know im on the verge of a freak out because
anyone i talk to cant wrap themselves around my encounters. Ive woken
up with bruises(I took Pictures)just last week. I even tried emailing
a self proclaimed "Alien Encounter Help Center here in DFW" and
nobody called me back at all when i really needed to talk. I just
want to know how to cope with all this. Ive always been visited, I
didnt know this until just this year when it suddenly came crashing
down on my lap what has been going on with me. Please someone write
me and write me soon. It doesnt have to be in forums you can call me,
or message, me or facebook me, I just need some friends that will
listen. My family, my boyfriend, they all think im crazy except for
my son who is 10.

Hey J , if you are feeling on the verge of freaking out and don't know what to do next , try this when laying down at night just clearly tell them to give you a break that you need time to figure out and understand what's happening to you . I was at this point once and this was the advice I was given and as simple as it sounds it worked the very night I used it .
