Alpha Sigma Alpha Event

Hello Kevin,
We talked earlier this week about having Alein help Alpha Sigma Alpha with the lights setup for our upcoming Adelphia fall dinner. Here is some general information:
-It will be at the Embassy Suites Chicago- Downtown (600 North State Street, Chicago 60654)
-The event will officially begin at 6:45 pm, but dinner only begins at 8 and the dancing would be after that, meaning I do not know how much time you will need to set up before then. The event also ends at 12.
-The 2 members of Alien that will be handling the setup/lights/supervising are welcome to join us for the entirety of the event and more than likely the meal. Even though it is a sisterhood/sorority event, it is not a private one.
-I have noted your questions regarding the hazers for lighting effects and how much power (how many separate circuits) will be available to you. I will ask our Embassy contact on Thursday during a conference call I have with them.
