Union Board is bringing in an A cappella group (Eh440) on September 29th for an hour-long 1:00 pm show. I've attached their tech rider. Is Alien available and also, will you be able to accommodate their tech needs? Thanks in advance.

Just following up on this - all of your tech specs will be fine, I checked with their agent. Sound check is at noon, have you found someone to work the show?

I personally won't be available because I have work downtown campus from 12pm-5:30pm on Mondays so I will need to find a competent tech to replace me to do the show from Alien. I will keep you update. Also please inform them we will only be able to provide two wireless BETA 58a shure mics, the other wireless we have are SM58s. 

They only specificed one monitor mix in the Tech Rider and tell them that's fine, but we won't be able to provide two mixes if requested because one of the auxes will be used for effects. Please also ask them what kind of back up mic they would like to use, we have two options. A Beta57a wired or SM58 wired. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
