Hi Alien -

Campus Life is working with facilities to offer a required* training for all organizations that use or operate tools/machines on a regular basis. Ideally, anyone that works with this equipment will be attending. For you all, this is based on your involvement with any repairs to your equipment.

We will be doing the training the week of September 29th at lunch. Can you give me some ideas on times that will work best for your members and how many people to expect for this?

Thank you,
Alex

Kevin -

For now, you can be exempt from this. If you continue your plans to do repairs on your items, I will require your organization to go through this in the future to be consistent with other organizations.

Hi Alex,
The only tools we have are two drills. One normal driver and one impact driver. The only other work we ever do is soldering and we've misplaced our soldering iron currently. Do you think we need training for the two drills and basic soldering?

Thank You,
