I will make those changes and send it right over. Brian is still with Full Compass. I don’t see any history of him ever being your rep though. You and I first made contact in November of 2012 when you submitted a quote request via the web. Have you worked with Brian through a different account perhaps?

Actually I just looked through my emails and I have an email from 2009 that says Brian was my salesperson. So I'm not sure what's going on with that.

If you wouldn't mind, I'm just more accustom to working with Brian. I do appreciate the help you gave me the past week though. I think what happened is that Brian is the rep for our entire campus and your system might have treated Alien as a separate entity. I would need the quote to go under our university's name anyways.
