Hello so I've just heard from Ryan that the speakers are broken. I'll have a DJ there tomorrow, but without speakers it'll be useless. I will of appreciate the help very much thank you.

Ask if there is any way that Alien can bring stuff out and leave it for you all to set up (I don't think it's that hard) or if a member can stay.

If it's helpful, you can tell him that you (or another exec member) will be around the whole time to watch them.
