Sorry for the delay in responding. I’m checking on gear availability right now. The amount of time is perfect. Now to just see if we have one to send. A couple of things. I’m not able to send monitors so you’ll need x2 DVI monitors. We’ll send the console out you’ll need to make arrangements to send it back.
We typically involve a dealer at this stage to have them help manage the gear. But since you don’t have someone you work with regularly I’m going to have our Rep, KSA take on that role.
As soon as I hear back about the availability of the console I’ll let you know. If one is available You’ll receive a form, from Either Ali or Joe. Please fill it out as completely as possible and send it back. That is what we use reserve the equipment.

We may have a show on the week of Sept 25th, to October 4th. But no dates are set in stone right now. I will keep you posted to see if those dates work.

The typical process for a demo is mostly just about the logistics of finding a time that works for everyone. My schedule is getting a bit busy at this point but I could come down on the 10th or 11th with an ION. The next opening after that would be the 29th thru the 2nd.
If one of those works great if not please give me a couple of options and we’ll see what we can line up. Another option depending on your schedule would be to have Design Lab bring a console in for a demo. They are one of our dealers and very capable with the console.
Let me know how you’d like to proceed and we’ll go from there.

Hi Spencer,
No problem I understand. We are located on the south side of Chicago. The venue we would most likely use this board at would be at 3241 S. Federal St. This would be an auditorium. The types of events we would use it for would be variety shows and maybe theatre
productions.
We currently are not really working with any local dealers. Although we do some business with Grand Stage and DesignLab Chicago.
