I am sorry for not reaching out earlier in regards to your email. Alien and Sounds budget was not reviewed. The decision not to review it on Saturday was informed by the fact that there is a meeting scheduled for Friday 19th September where OCL will take stock of what you have and what you need. I too, will be in the meeting and will review your budget afterwards.

Hi James,
Thank you for emailing me. I was not under the impression that the meeting was for OCL to take inventory of our equipment and for them to decide what we need and that the finance board chair would be joining us. I was under the impression that the meeting was to assess our storage situation. I have CCed our Treasurer our staff adviser so they are aware of this new information. Just so we are still on the same page, the meeting will be on Friday September 19th, 2014 at 2pm. I will send you a calendar invite.
