There are two scheduled meetings to learn and provide feedback related to the proposed apartment inspection ordinance.

This item was referred back to the Administration in November and December. 

Why is this important? District F has the second highest concentration of multi-family properties in the city and citywide moat Houstonians are leaseholders. 

Listen to my comments on Wednesday to learn more and make it a point to attend. If you have ever attended a SN or Civic club meeting and inquired about problem apartments - you should be there, if you are a lease holder and have issues related to timeliness of repairs - you should be there.
