Early Voting Now Open

You may not be aware of the fact that early voting has started for the state wide May 7th election, and runs through May 3rd. This election is not to be confused with the May 24th primary runoff, for which the early voting starts May 16th.

 

The May 7th statewide election is for two constitutional amendments, both of which will reduce property taxes, so it is difficult to believe  it will not pass overwhelmingly. Certain jurisdictions may have other local election issues on the ballot.

 

You can go to https://www.harrisvotes.org/ to see a sample ballot for your precinct, and also see your nearest early voting location.
