I am back with a NEW update. A juvenile alligator was caught at Hackberry Park. It is approximately 2 feet and half in length.
It will be extracted this week by Texas Wildlife and relocated.
Please note as flood waters move throughout our bayou system we might witness more if this during mating season. Stay vigilant.

• Do not approach,
feed, or attempt to move the animal.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance from waterways and drainage areas.
• Avoid throwing food or waste near water, as it can attract wildlife.
• Stay alert when walking near ponds, bayous, and ditches.
