Join us this weekend for a mental health workshop, open to all ages. Learn about resources for yourself and/or your family. We will also discuss social media, body image, and mental health support. Designed for ALL ages, so bring the whole family! Lunch provided.

• 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
• Alief Neighborhood Center — 11903 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77072 (Room 1509)
