FIRE AT MOONMIST NEAR KIRKWOOD 8/10/25

Houston Fire Department has alerted me to a fire in our area that will cause detours and a brief power outage due to damage to the breaker.

No civilian injuries have been reported.
One HFD firefighter sustained heat exhaustion and is receiving care.
CenterPoint is on-site addressing the outage.

Please use caution when traveling in the area and allow emergency crews the space they need to work safely.
