Meshroom StructureFromMotion Issues

We've got Meshroom up and running finally, and when we compute structure from motion it just stays orange and prints out the motion results, but doesn't seem to do anything, and nothing appears in the 3d viewer? Any ideas why this is happening?

We are experiencing the same issue with Feature Extraction where it completes the task, but stays orange and won't let us compute anything further?

Hi,
That's surprising. The orange color code means that the process is computing but your log message seems to say that the node has finished correctly.
- You can right click on the StructureFromMotion node and "Open Folder" and check if the "sfm.abc" has been exported. If yes, you can drag&drop it into the 3D viewer to see how it looks.
- Can you show me the "status" file? Can you check if the process "aliceVision_incrementalSfM" is still running?

Thank you for getting back to me!
I can open the sfm.abc in maya, and it seems to have made a reconstruction, but when I drag the sfm.abc into the Meshroom 3D viewer nothing seems to happen.
Sure! I'll attach it below. You can see that the photos are getting a green tick, but the structure from motion is staying orange.

If you look to the windows process monitor, can you check if the process "aliceVision_incrementalSfM" is still running?
It's the first time I see this problem. It seems that the SfM process is stuck at the end (like during releasing objects or something like that).
Do you have this problem systematically, regularly or just sometimes?
PS: Meanwhile if you want to force it to continue (as the computation of the step has been done successfully)... you can stop the computation in Meshroom and change the status file of the SfM node (it's a text file) from ERROR to SUCCESS. And start the computation again in Meshroom to do the other steps.

I get this problem every single time. I tried a re-build of alicevision, and the new build has exactly the same issue.
The aliceVision_incrementalSfM is still open, but doesn't appear to be running or using any CPU

Were you able to get a resolution on this one?
What I have noticed is it seemed to be generating the statistics at the end of the processing and that is what is holding it up.
This was on a pretty small project for us (about 600 images) and it was running for about 1.5 hours before I killed it and loaded the abc files up.
